DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your jewellery within 3-4 working days (unless otherwise stated).
In the rare occasion that there is any particular delay, we shall notify you by email and you shall have the right to cancel your order.

Items will only be dispatched once payment has been approved.

Items will be dispatched using insured Royal Mail First Class (or Special Delivery for higher value items) and will require a signature on delivery.

Royal Mail International Signed For deliveries within Europe, USA & all other countries. *Please note that we no longer ship to Russia or Belarus.

The delivery charges are as follows:

UK: First Class Delivery £4.50 (or Special Delivery for higher value items)

EUROPE: International Signed For £10.00 (approximately four to ten day delivery)

WORLDWIDE: International Signed For £15.00 (approximately ten to fourteen day delivery)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are not liable for any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK. Please contact your local Customs website for more information concerning Tax/Duty applicable in your country when buying items from the UK.

PLEASE NOTE, If you do not receive your parcel within our stated delivery time you can contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number with which you can trace your parcel.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you will love your Only Through Shadows jewellery, but if there is any problem you can return your item of jewellery ( Excluding -  made to order or personalised jewellery) to us for a full refund for any reason, if we are notified within 14 days from the day you received the order.

Once you have notified us, you will then need to send the item back to us within 14 days, with prior notice to us, in unworn condition. We advise that you use an insured and registered method of delivery for your own protection. We will issue the refund back to the original purchaser's account via Paypal, excluding any postage or import duties.

* As most of our rings are made to order, we are not always able to give a full refund, if the ring is an unusual size, has been re-sized or has personal engraving, that will effect its resale value. We may be able to offer either a full or partial refund. Please contact us to discuss what alterations and refund can be made to specific rings prior to your order if you have any concerns.


PRICING

All our prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling. Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We have the right to change our prices at any time, in accordance with any rise in materials prices.


PACKAGING

Our jewellery will be delivered with its own card embossed box and packed in a biodegradable padded envelope. All deliveries will be securely wrapped and without any branding on the exterior package.


RING SIZING

It is the customers responsibility to order rings in the correct size. We highly recommend that you visit a local jeweller to have your finger professionally measured, before ordering from us.

Rings can usually be resized at further cost, if we don’t have your size in stock.

We make our rings exactly to the size stated in the order. We only use UK, US or EURO ring measurements, if this differs in your country, please make sure you obtain an exact conversion into UK sizing. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies due to conversions.
