UPDATE: Shipping to EU Countries & Northern Ireland

I am very happy to announce (albeit very cautiously!) that I can now resume shipping to EU Countries and Northern Ireland.

Last December, new EU laws came into force concerning safety regulations and labelling for all products entering those countries.

As the UK is now no longer part of the EU, I also had to arrange a EU based authorised representative for Only Through Shadows. It has been a massive operation to understand and meet all these new requirements by myself, like many small businesses, I simply don’t have the time, knowledge or resources! So apologies it has taken me this long but I have gained a lot of new skills and have been down a rabbit hole of red tape that I never knew existed.

Anyways, I now seem to have everything in order to start offering sales to these countries again which is brilliant news because I have some lovely customers in Europe and NI that have supported my little company from the outset, and I have been absolutely gutted to have to exclude them.

If you have any questions concerning shipping, please just drop me a line, also have a look at the new GPSR page that I have created (apologies there maybe a few mistakes as I’m not good with languages and my brain was getting very hot!).

The GPSR will be regularly monitored for any changes in my manufacturing or with any changes in the regulations. I have also registered with LUCID to meet German Packaging requirements. Who would believe that being a jeweller would be so complicated eh!? : )
