Important update: US Shipping

This news applies to US customers only. It is sad times, and unfortunately I have been forced to drastically change our shipping policy to the US to comply with the new import threshold for items entering your country. Sadly I can no longer ship any jewellery worth over £500. This is because our shipping companies won’t accept them for delivery, I am hoping this will change in the future, fingers crossed!

The new system means that import duty and handeling fees are paid together with the shipping on our website, so this will now be added to your cart at checkout as a flat shipping rate of £55.00 ($74.31).

I have been told by Royal Mail that this will mean that you won’t have to pay any fees when receiving your item in the US. If you have any questions about delivery to the US, please get in touch and I will try and help as much as I can. I also recommend checking your government website for further info and for any changes that are in the pipeline.

* U.S.A CUSTOMERS: Beginning August 29, 2025, the $800 duty-free limit will officially end. Import duties and associated fees will now need to be paid by the buyer at checkout and will be included in the overall shipping cost.

A flat shipping fee of £55 applies to all orders valued up to £500. Due to the new import regulations, we regret that we cannot send items exceeding £500 in value to the U.S. All packages will be clearly marked with a customs label detailing the contents, value, and any paid duties and fees.
